88bf Protocol ("we", "us", or "the Platform") is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming service provider. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and 88bf Protocol. By accessing our services through our website, mobile app, or any other channel, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

- These terms apply in both English and Bangla; in the event of a conflict, the English version shall prevail.

- Residents of countries where online betting is prohibited by law are not permitted to use this platform.

Account Registration & Eligibility
To register with 88bf Protocol, you must provide truthful and accurate information. Opening an account with false information constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years old to use 88bf Protocol's services. You will be required to confirm your age at registration and may need to submit valid documentation for identity verification.
Each individual may only register one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being terminated and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

Betting Rules Important
The following rules apply at all times when betting on 88bf Protocol. They cover all betting categories, including cricket, football, kabaddi, e-sports, and more.
- Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or modified — unless the cash-out feature is available and applicable.
- Odds displayed before an event begins and during live betting are final.
- If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 88bf Protocol reserves the right to void the affected bets.
- If a match is abandoned or cancelled, the related bet will generally be voided and the stake refunded.
- Both Single Bets and Parlay/Accumulator Bets are accepted.
- The minimum bet amount is ৳100, and the maximum bet varies depending on the specific event and market.
Live Betting Note: Odds change rapidly during live betting. If the odds shift while your bet is being processed, you will be given the option to accept or decline the updated odds.
88bf Protocol reserves the right to suspend or void any bet or betting market under special circumstances. Notifications regarding such decisions will be sent to the Notifications section of your account.

Payments & Transactions Policy
88bf Protocol supports deposits and withdrawals through Bangladesh's most widely used mobile payment services. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

Bonus & Promotion Terms
88bf Protocol offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, detailed on the respective bonus offer page. General bonus terms are outlined below.
- Welcome Bonus: New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit (up to ৳10,000). A minimum deposit of ৳1,000 is required to claim this bonus.
- Wagering Requirements: To withdraw bonus funds, you will generally need to complete a wagering requirement of 10x–25x. Please refer to the specific bonus page for the exact rate.
- Duration: Most bonuses are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.
- Multiple Bonuses: Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time, unless stated otherwise in a specific offer.
- Bonus Abuse: If bonus abuse is found, 88bf Protocol reserves the right to void that bonus and any winnings derived from it.

Prohibited Activities Warning
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 88bf Protocol. Any violation will result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of funds.
- Creating multiple accounts under the same identity (Multi-accounting)
- Participating in or facilitating match fixing or any form of sports manipulation
- Placing bets using betting software, bots, or automated programs
- Arbitrage betting or exploiting platform vulnerabilities (Arbitrage/Advantage gambling)
- Operating an account using another person's identity
- Depositing funds from illegal sources or using the platform for money laundering
- Defrauding or threatening other members
- Intentionally exploiting technical glitches on the platform
Notice: Any of the above activities may also result in legal action. 88bf Protocol maintains a strict zero-tolerance stance against all forms of fraud.

Account Suspension & Closure
88bf Protocol may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.
- Any breach of these Terms and Conditions
- If identity verification (KYC) is not completed
- Prolonged inactivity of 12 months or more
- At the member's own request (self-exclusion)
- For legal or regulatory reasons
Upon account closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) is generally refunded to the member; however, this may not apply in cases of terms violation. If you wish to close your account, please contact our support team.

- Account hacking or data theft due to user negligence
- Financial losses from betting — betting carries risk, and no outcome can be guaranteed for any bettor
